Located within the Villages of Gulfstream Park in Hallandale Beach, Martier Salon and Café was a fast-tracked tenant improvement project that transformed 7,200 square feet into three upscale boutique retail spaces and a café. Completed in just 45 days, the build-out was part of a high-profile development initiative requiring all 70 retailers to open on the same day for a coordinated “Grand Opening.”
